At Compass Rose Support, we believe that meaningful support begins with genuine connection.

We are a small, values-led organisation committed to supporting people with disability to live with greater independence, dignity, and confidence. Our approach is centred on listening carefully to each person’s goals, respecting their choices, and providing support that is thoughtful, reliable, and responsive to their individual needs.

We see our role as walking alongside participants and their families, offering steady guidance and practical support as they navigate everyday life and pursue what matters most to them.
